Roof plumbing

  • Gutter and downpipe replacement and repair
  • Overflowing gutters, where the cause is usually fall, outlet size or capacity
  • Flashings and box gutters
  • Roof vents and whirlybirds
  • Rainwater tank supply and install, pumps and switching
  • Irrigation systems and garden supply lines

Sheeting and flashings

Where a roof meets a wall is where it leaks. New sheeting wants the apron flashing carried up under the cladding and fixed off properly, not sealed over and hoped for.

Tanks

The tank is the easy part. It is the pipework around it that decides whether the thing works: first-flush diversion, screened inlets, an overflow that discharges somewhere it is allowed to, and a pump that is not cycling every time someone runs a tap.

Not sure if it's urgent?

Call anyway. Two minutes on the phone with a plumber beats a wet ceiling. If it can wait, we'll tell you straight.
